How to Cancel

You can cancel your SOAP Note Buddy subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties, and you keep full access until the end of your current billing period.

Cancel From the Account Dashboard

1. Open the SOAP Note Buddy extension or app, go to Settings, and click Manage Account. You’ll be signed in to the account dashboard automatically. (You can also go to soapnotebuddy.com/account directly and sign in.)
2. Scroll to the Cancel subscription card.
3. Click Cancel subscription.
4. Confirm in the popup that appears. You’ll optionally be asked why you’re leaving. Sharing a reason is completely optional and helps us improve, but you can cancel without selecting anything.

That’s it. You’ll see a Resume Subscription button appear in the status card in case you change your mind.

Cancel by Email

If you prefer, you can also cancel by sending an email to support@soapnotebuddy.com. Include the email address on your account and we’ll process it for you.

What Happens After You Cancel

• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Cancel on day 10 of your monthly cycle and you still have access for the remaining 20 days.
• You will not be charged again.
• Your patient data is preserved on your device. If you resubscribe later, your data will still be there.

Changing Your Mind

As long as you cancel before the period ends, you can resume your subscription with one click. Open the account dashboard and click Resume Subscription in the status card. Your subscription continues renewing on its normal schedule with no extra charge.

Canceling During the Free Trial

If you’re still within your 7-day free trial, canceling prevents any charges. Your card will not be billed as long as you cancel before the trial period ends.
