Free Trial Details

Every new SOAP Note Buddy account starts with a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the full product before committing.

How the Trial Works

1. Sign up and create your account.
2. Enter a credit card during registration. Your card will not be charged during the trial period.
3. You get immediate access to everything in your plan for 7 days.
4. At the end of the trial, your subscription begins at the plan rate you selected. See current pricing for plan options.

What’s Included During the Trial

Your trial includes everything in the plan you selected at signup, with no usage limits. It is the same experience you get as a paying subscriber on that plan.

• AI Notes includes AI Note generation, AI Chat, unlimited patients, custom templates, and PDF and document uploads.
• EHR Fill includes all of that, plus EHR Auto Fill for your web-based EMR.
• Voice Scribe includes all of that, plus Voice Scribe (recording and transcription in the iOS and Android apps), Patient Checklist, and Smart Image Analysis.

Features outside your plan are not unlocked during the trial. This is deliberate: it means nothing you rely on during the trial disappears after your first payment. See the plans article for what each one includes.

Trying a feature that isn’t in your plan

You can upgrade at any point during the trial, including on day one. The change takes effect immediately, your trial end date does not change, and you are still not charged until the trial ends.

To upgrade, open Settings, click Manage Account, and switch plans from your dashboard.

How to Cancel Before Being Charged

If you decide SOAP Note Buddy is not right for you, cancel before your 7-day trial ends:

1. Open the SOAP Note Buddy extension or app.
2. Go to Settings and click Manage Account.
3. Scroll to Cancel subscription and click the button, then confirm.

As long as you cancel before the trial period expires, your credit card will not be charged.

What Happens After the Trial

If you do not cancel, your subscription automatically begins at the plan rate you selected. You can cancel at any time after that, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. See current pricing for plan options.
