Annual Billing

SOAP Note Buddy offers both monthly and annual billing options. Annual billing is discounted compared to paying month-by-month.

Free Trial

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial regardless of which billing cycle you choose. A credit card is required at signup, but you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

Cancel Anytime

There are no long-term commitments. You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time, and your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Switching Between Monthly and Annual

You can switch between monthly and annual billing right from your account dashboard:

1. Open the SOAP Note Buddy extension or app, go to Settings, and click Manage Account.
2. Scroll to the Switch your plan card.
3. Click Switch next to the plan you want.
4. We’ll show you a proration preview (what’s charged or credited today, and what you’ll pay going forward). Click Confirm switch to apply.

The new plan takes effect immediately. You don’t lose access during the switch.

Managing Your Subscription

From the same dashboard, you can also update your payment method, view past invoices, cancel your subscription, or delete your account. See the Manage Subscription article for full details.
